After going in search of a Cloud-Based Property Management Software solution for a real estate agent friend of mine a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that Rockend have released their latest Cloud-Based Property Management and Trust Accounting software solution which has been designed to provide a flexible, accessible, mobile solution that’s accessible from anywhere via the web and via any web-enabled device.

Last Friday, when I received a call from PropertyTree.com to ask for my address so they could send me an info pack, I thought that it was going to be a big document/brochure or some manuals about how it works, etc, etc… BUT instead they really impressed me by doing something outside the box (even though the surprise gift came inside a box)…and as you’ll see in today’s show they sent me a small shrub as a gift/marketing piece. Impressive. 🙂

“PropertyTree is an Australian industry first, providing online, secure access to the tools and information you need to manage your rental property portfolio, and address your trust accounting needs.

Accessed using any standard web browser, PropertyTree provides you with a solution that is easy to learn, easy to start and will grow with your needs”…

Some of the product features include…

The tree gift idea was not the only thing that impressed me, but also when I went to their launch website I noticed that Rockend are also looking to make a difference as a corporation…

Congratulations to the team at Rockend and PropertyTree.com, firstly for providing the cloud-based solution for our industry and secondly for how you have orchestrated the launch. Well done. 🙂

Electric Avenue Wrap-Up

Monday’s Show featured an insight into Why ‘Binging Your Name?’ Is Important and how Facebook Photos are now searchable via Microsoft’s Bing Search Engine.

On Tuesday, I shared a Great ‘Photo-Transfer App’

Wednesday’s Show was the announcement that there was Less Than 24 Hours To Go ‘Til Apple Launch The iPhone5

…and Yesterday’s episode was possibly ‘The Most Important Message I’ve Ever Shared’ after having previously lost 3 Real Estate Mates to suicide…whilst Apple’s Keynote announcement of the iPhone5 Launch and the media storm that is brewing around Realestate.com.au and allegations of agents receiving Kick-Backs may have usually taken centre-stage on any other day on the show, instead yesterday’s show was about “A Very Significant Day – RU OK?”.

RU OK?

If you’re currently feeling the pinch a little bit (or a lot), please take the time to read/watch yesterday’s episode in full as you may find it helpful and add a different perspective…

…and even though RU OK? Day was yesterday, today is not too late to check-in on a mate.

I hope you enjoy this week’s Wrap-Up.  Cheers Greg 🙂
