The Future Is Already Here | LocalScope + E-Ave Wrap-Up

Today’s show features a great mobile phone application that takes the whole Social, Mobile, Local functionality to a whole new level and shows how the curation of user generated content can provide insights into so much more of the world that is currently going on around us.

Electric Avenue Show Wrap-Up

On Monday’s Show, I shared A Facebook Strategy For Real Estate Agents

Lots of agents ask me “How to separate their personal life & business life on Facebook?”

Whilst Facebook allows you to create filters and privacy settings to determine who can see your content and who can’t, the best way forward is to create your own Personal Facebook Fan Page for sharing your real estate updates.

On Tuesday’s Show, I discussed a New ‘Easy-To-Use’ Internet App

Wednesday’s episode marked a much anticipated milestone, with the Official Launch of the FREE ‘Survival Guide – Social Media for Agents

“The Survival Guide has been digitally produced and is available for FREE because I want to help as many real estate agents as I possibly can to easier navigate, understand and embrace this extremely powerful online platform.”

and in Yesterday’s show, I shared A Brilliant FREE Online Training Site for Agents

Even though some of you who are tuning-in to this episode may have already heard about this FREE resource, there are still a lot of agents who I meet up with at seminars or via Facebook/Twitter,etc who have never heard of, nor tuned-in to Kevin Turner’s Daily Real Estate Radio Show, yet it’s arguably one of the best online real estate resources in the world.

The format for each episode of the Real Estate Uncut show is via an audio format which is digitally delivered each day (Monday-Friday) in small, but very insightful, bite-sized chunks.

Kevin Turner does a brilliant job of combining his extensive Radio Announcer career with his previous Real Estate Experience to provide agents with some of the best ever interviews of Real Estate Top Performers and Trainers  (eg. John McGrath, Mat Steinwede, Tom Panos, Aaron Shiner, James Tostevin, Michael Sheargold, Josh Phegan, Mark Dwyer, Terri Cooper and lots more).

Disclaimer: I have done this episode entirely unsolicited (totally without Kevin’s prior knowledge) and even though I do appear regularly on the show, whether or not I was on the show, I would highly recommend this site to real estate agents because it is such a brilliant training/education resource for our industry.

I hope you enjoy this week’s ‘Electric Avenue Wrap-Up’. Cheers 🙂
